While due care and diligence are exercised to ensure that only the best quality lights and fixtures are sold and delivered to our discerning buyers, there is always a possibility of a particular product not working satisfactorily due to a manufacturing defect or could have ended up being delivered in an unusable state.

ESTLights Online’s Warranty ensures that our esteemed customers are able to return the defective goods and ask for suitable repairs, free replacement or refund as the case may be.

Warranty Period

Our company warranty covers all LED strip lights, aluminium profiles and neon strip lights purchased from www.estlightsonline.com against proven manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 03 (three) years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is a must to claim any warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any kind of damages caused by:

1. Accidents, mishaps, tampering with original product, misuse, mishandling, abuse, neglect, or improper product installation, improper wiring, voltage fluctuations, ineffective tripper or fuse mechanism or absence of the same from the circuit, installation by untrained electrician or lighting professional, and/or other operational shortcomings.
2. Contact with water or other form of liquid.
3. Exposure to extreme temperatures or weather conditions.
4. Repairs or modifications carried out by any unauthorised person or firm other estlightsonline.com
5. Failures or damages arising on account of not following installation set up guidelines as provided in the user’s manual
6. Warranties are extended only to original buyer and are non-transferable.
7. If the original product is discontinued or not available in stock, a suitable replacement will be offered with an option to opt for a refund.

Product Inadmissibility For Replacement or Refund Claims:

Warranties such as repair or replacement will not be entertained, if any one or all of the following are noticed on inspection of returned goods (but not limited to):

• If there is irreparable damage caused on account of shortening of wires on power units, punctured or knocked out rivets, damage to soldered parts and connections, damages to end caps, damages to original box/packing, missing parts or accessories
• Damages to Drivers, PCBs, ICs, Resistors etc. or any other part of the circuitry
• Damages to any exterior or interior parts including aluminium or neon profiles making it non-reusable or technically unusable

Excluded Costs & Incidentals

1. Any shipping, transportation, logistic or courier costs incurred for return or replacement thereof
2. Labour costs involved in dismantling or re-setting of replaced lights or fixtures
3. Any additional expenses incurred to create new set up to reinstall fixtures
4. Any damages or indirect, collateral damages suffered by customer or affiliates or any other establishment as a result of improper installation or wiring or set up of lights and fixtures

Governing law

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of India.
